Management Committees vision is to have the quality of software improvement process and produce more efficiently in the organization. V-Smart Co.,Ltd set up a software improvement project with CMMI for Development Level3 with propose to have the clearly define each work process to be more systematically and produce the high quality production. Due to the more quality process, the more quality production. Moreover, build good team work will bring the good efficiently process to build the high quality software product and high quality of service to support the customer‘s satisfaction. And the outcome from developing process with this Model is the Acceptant Universal Standard with high function for the organization to have the process improvement sustainably.

So, the main organization’s policy, to have the software improvement process to support the customer’s satisfaction and can deliver the quality software product within the timeline, is defined by the following.

• Setup SEPG to manage the standard software improvement process of the Organization with the quality forever.
• Provide and support resources in many functions and training needed for work with high efficiently performance enough to serve the project’s requirements and employees’ roles.
• Every project have to work with defined standard process.
