PTT Loyalty Program Solutions

PTT Public Company Limited (PTTPCL) decided to use V-Loyalty software package licensed by V-Smart for their loyalty card called “Blue Card”.

The system includes 6 main modules

    • Card Management;
    • Customer Relationship Management;
    • Marketing Events; Customer Self-Service Mobility & Kiosk;
    • POS/EDC Gateway;
    • Reports.

Challenges.

  • Creating a single view of the customer across all channels such as POS, EDC, Email, Call Center, Web Site, and Mobility/Kiosk. This will show the direction of campaign offering that ensures the communication to the customer at the right place and the right time.
  • Nowadays the loyalty program must also be very creative. So, the software has to support their various creativities .
  • Ensuring software has high security and support to protect operation fraud.
  • Ensuring software can be supports huge transaction data, multiple rule conditions.

Customer: PTT Public Company Limited (PTTPCL) is the Thai Premier Multinational Energy Company, SET-listed with about THB 126 billion of annual revenue.

Milestone:Delivered the total software solutions to monitor and manage all of their loyalty card which currently 540,000 Cards is available in the market and planned to be 1,000,000 Cards.
