SCCC INSEE Club Card

Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC)decided decided to use V-Loyalty software package licensed by V-Smart for their loyalty card called “INSEE Club Card”.

SCCC has launched INSEE Club Card Program starting February 1, 2010. In this program, sub-dealers who purchase 1 ton of INSEE bag cement from SCCC participating dealers will obtain 20 collection points. The points can then be used to redeem merchandises and rewards in SCCC INSEE Club Card Catalog.

Challenges.

• Creating a single view of the customer across all channels to comes to relevant offers, ensuring that they are talking to the customer at the right place and the right time.
• The liability with the points/rewards carried on the ERP System
• The security of data on INSEE Club Card.
